The Atlantis 1:25 Scale Keelers Kustoms Fuller Dragster Plastic Model Kit. Featuring two engines, wiring, real rubber tires and loaded with tons of extra parts! Kent Fuller was born in 1938 and got into hot rodding at an early age. After a stint in the Navy, he went to work at C-T Automotive in North Hollywood doing welding work. He was impressed with the performance of his brother-in-law's Buick motor so he started building a dragster frame for that engine. That was the beginning of the legend. There were a lot of people in that circle that would become big names in Drag Racing history- Don "the Beachcomber" Johnson, TV Tommy Ivo, Tony Nancy, and Don Prudhomme. Kent Fuller's frames were known for their strength, shape and light weight. He had no intention of becoming a self-employed dragster fabricator but people were already lining up to have him build a chassis for them. Tony Nancy was building a place in Sherman Oaks so Kent rented a shop there in late 1957. Between 1957 and 1971 Fuller built over 250 chassis and retired from Drag Racing in 1990. His legacy lives on in the many restored Fuller-Chassis'd dragsters that are on display across the country. Kent was inducted into the Oakland Roadster Show Hall of Fame in 1992 and the Don Garlits International Drag Racing Hall of Fame in 1996.
