PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are a convenient way for collectors to purchase a product prior to its scheduled release date. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number. Then once the product is shipped, we will email you again with your tracking information.

Pre-order release dates are based on information we receive from manufacturers and could be subject to change.  If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, we will update the information on the item's page.

In the event that a release is cancelled, we will issue you a full refund. All pre-orders can be cancelled  

 

Return Policy

Need to make a return? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please return to the below address with your first and last name clearly written on the outside carton, along with your order number. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with all accessories.

We do not offer exchanges, except under limited circumstances, and it is the consumer’s responsibility for any return shipping costs.

We issue refunds within two business days of receiving your return. It may take up to seven business days for this to be reflected back onto your credit card or bank statement. Credit time frames can vary based on bank processing times.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us via email info@retrohobby.com and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund.
