ORDERS

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within one business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

If you need to cancel your order please email us at info@retrohobby.com. We can cancel any order that has not already been shipped.

Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank's processing times, it may take up to seven business days for this to be reflected back onto your credit card or bank statement.

 

PRE-ORDERS

What is a pre-order? 

Pre-orders are a convenient way for collectors to purchase a product prior to its scheduled release date. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number. Then once the product is shipped, we will email you again with your tracking information.

When will I receive my pre-order?

Pre-order release dates are based on information we receive from manufacturers and are subject to change.  If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, we will update the information on the item's page.

What if I change my mind?

That's okay! Just like with a regular order, all pre-orders can be cancelled prior to being shipped.

In the event that a release is cancelled, we will issue you a full refund.

 

RETURN POLICY

Need to make a return? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipment.

You can either return the product to the below address with your first and last name clearly written on the outside carton, along with your order number. Or you can login to your account and request a return.

Returns must be in original, saleable condition with all accessories, otherwise a restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund.

We are unable to offer exchanges, except under limited circumstances, and it is the consumer’s responsibility for any return shipping costs.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us via email info@retrohobby.com and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund.
