FAQ's

SHIPPING 

We provide free standard shipping across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery is typically estimated to take 3-7 business days, although this may vary during the holiday season.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details for your convenience.

Preorder items will be shipped within 1 business day of us receiving the product from the manufacturer.

Currently, we do not provide shipping outside of the United States. 

 

ORDERS

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within one business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we can cancel any order that has not yet shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@retrohobby.com.

Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank's processing times, it may take up to seven business days for this to be reflected back onto your credit card or bank statement.

 

PRE-ORDERS

What is a pre-order? 

Pre-orders are a convenient way for collectors to purchase a product prior to its scheduled release date. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number. Then once the product is shipped, we will email you again with your tracking information.

When will I receive my pre-order?

Pre-order release dates are based on information we receive from manufacturers and are subject to change.  If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, we will update the information on the item's page.

What if I change my mind?

That's okay! Just like with a regular order, all pre-orders can be cancelled prior to being shipped.

In the event that a release is cancelled, we will issue you a full refund.

 

RETURN POLICY

Need to make a return? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

You can either send it to the address below within 30 days from the date of purchase or you can login to your account and request a return. Be sure to include your first and last name, along with your order number, clearly written on the outside of the package.
 
The item must be in its original, unused condition with all accessories. If not, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.

Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will process your refund within two business days. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer or bank’s processing times, it may take up to seven business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
 
Do you offer exchanges?

We are unable to offer exchanges, except under limited circumstances, and it is the consumer’s responsibility for any return shipping costs.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us via email info@retrohobby.com and we’ll arrange for a replacement, full refund or store credit.
